Three Types of K Houses
This K House series is highly versatile and can be designed as one-floor, two-floor, or three-floor units. Each unit’s steel structure is durable and can be painted or galvanized, ensuring long-lasting protection against corrosion and harsh environments. These houses are ideal for labor camps, temporary offices, or dormitories where quick assembly and reliability are essential.
Dormitory
Our K House dormitories are designed for comfort and efficiency. Standard layouts include 3K × 2K or 3K × 3K per room, providing around 20m² or 30m² of space per room. Each room can accommodate 6–8 people comfortably, making them perfect for worker housing. Multiple units can be combined to form larger living complexes, providing flexible solutions for any labor camp or temporary accommodation needs.
Office
The K House office units are customizable mobile offices widely used on construction sites. They can be built as one-story or two-story steel buildings, with partition walls available to create separate rooms for managers, meeting spaces, or toilets. These offices offer a practical and flexible workspace that can be deployed quickly, saving time and resources compared to conventional construction methods.

A K House Camp is a modular, steel-frame building system designed for fast installation, durable accommodation, and cost-efficient project camps. It is commonly used in mining, oil & gas, construction, disaster relief, and workforce housing.
A standard unit can be assembled in 3–6 hours. A full camp can be completed in 7–15 days, depending on project size.
Yes. Room size, layout, insulation, materials, colors, and internal facilities can all be customized to match your project requirements and climate conditions.
K Houses are waterproof, fire-resistant, wind-resistant, and suitable for harsh environments such as deserts, coastal areas, and cold climates.
All units are shipped in flat-pack form to reduce transportation costs. One 40HQ container can load 10–14 units, depending on configuration.
